Each adult has a group of children that they work with.
This includes :

- planning for learning and development
- Day to day care of the children
- Observing and recording children’s learning and
development
We have a structured programme of teaching and learning for all children - each child
has an individual learning plan and assessment file.
Your key adult will know your child well
and keep records of their Development.
Other staff will work with your child as
well.
We group the children according to their
developmental levels.
Daycare and crèche children are
linked to a key adult in the same way
as the other children.
You can see the lists of children in each group on the walls in the school.
Please ask the staff if you are not sure which group your child is in.
