Every day all children will have a group session with their key adult

Each group will do the following things during  a week

• listen to stories using books and props
• develop vocabulary
• sing and play musical instruments
• learn mathematical concepts with our counting friend  "Digit"
• use puppets and toys to encourage children to listen and to speak with confidence

Children are in groups according to the level of their English-we have a structured programme to help children who speak English as a  second language.

Children learn the school's golden rules of behaviour at circle time.

Children are rewarded for good behavior and keeping golden rules by being given stickers and certificates - we choose children to be 'Star of the Week' for keeping the golden rules.The star of the week has their photograph on the star board for everyone to see

Parents and teachers working together towards the same goals can do much to build children's self esteem and make their lives happier and more fulfilled.
